Working time of CoreDhine emergency lighting depends on both reduced lighting power and capacity of built-in battery. CoreShine emergency lighting offers 3 hours working time.
Response Time
CoreShine emergency lighting can switch on within 1 second. The very short respond time can prevent people panicking in the darkness.
Housing for LED linear light:
High quality Aluminum housing, rust and oil removed, under anti-rust treated and rust proof for 8-10 years under normal application, with white/black/grey powder coating.
Housing is made of anodized aluminum, it has 85-95% reflection, and the UGR is lower than 19.
Diffuser for LED linear light:
The light designed by the LED stripe with Polycarbonate cover together, high efficiency and no glare, it will give novel visual effect and soft luminosity.

It uses LED Sumsung SMD 2835.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for the led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for order quantity more than 1000pcs

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with a new order for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
1.We will reply to the lead time within 24 hours after receiving the customer's confirmation of each order.
2.Take photos of the goods during production and send them to customers.
3.Take pictures of goods after packaging and labeling and send them to customers.
4.Take photos of goods loading before shipment, and arrange the customs clearance information of goods and send them to the customers.
5.We will track the logistics information and update it to the customer at any time if the goods are delivered by express.
6.We will remind the customer to prepare the customs clearance documents for the goods before they arrive at the port.
